Eric is a senior business leader, advocate & trusted advisor with over 22 years combined experiences comprising Capital Markets, FinTech, Entrepreneurship, Intrapreneurship & VUCA Leadership
Eric is an ardent technologist, enthused by new innovations. Prior to the leap into Entrepreneurship, he was part of the APAC senior leadership in BT Group, UOB Kay Hian, CMC Markets, RTS Realtime Systems (acquired by Bloomberg) & FlexTrade Systems.
Most recently, Eric was appointed as Ambassador of Global Blockchain Business Council, Advisory Board Member of iConnections, Investment Committee Member of SAFRA National Service Association overseeing minimum Assets Under Management (“AUM”) of $100M, Board Director of Medway Investments - private single-family office investment managment company with minimum AUM of $100M established since 1980, & former President of Alta Exchange (formerly Hg Exchange) - digital securities exchange awarded Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") Recognised Market Operator in 2021.
Eric is also Co-Founder & Board Director of RF International Holdings established since 2018 with a $3M venture capital investment in 2019 alongside Heliconia Capital Management - a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, & SGX into ADDX (formerly iSTOX) regulated by MAS, & RF Fund Management established since 2020 - a MAS Registered Fund Management Company. Through his beliefs in servant leadership & stewardship, he was awarded Executive of the Year, Financial Services at SBR Management Excellence Awards 2020 & also Singapore Total Defence Awards (“TDA”) 2021.
Concurrently, Eric is Founder & Executive Chairman of Neo & Partners Global (“NPG”) established since 2014, a FinTech Certified company by Singapore FinTech Association for Capital Markets. Notably, he led NPG to win Business Resilience & Innovation Award at ASEAN Young Entrepreneur Awards 2022, Best Infrastructure Provider at WatersTechnology Asia Awards 2020 & Singapore TDA 2017 & 2020.
Voluntarily, Eric contributes in the Singapore Armed Forces (“SAF”) National Service ("NS") since 1999 serving with rank of Major & S3 of a Singapore Infantry Brigade. In recognition of his Command & Leadership, he was awarded SAF Long Service & Good Conduct Medal.
On lifelong learning, Eric is a 20th Command & Staff Course (NS) graduate from Goh Keng Swee Command & Staff College at SAFTI Military Institute in 2019. Currently, he's attending the 6th Asian Financial Leaders Programme, flagship programme of MAS.
Eric is also a select member of the Singapore Financial Leaders Network supported by MAS, SG Leaders Network supported by Singapore Economic Development Board ("EDB"), Global-Asia Family Office Circle supported by EDB & MAS, & Young Business Leaders Network of Singapore Business Federation.
